Breeze Saguramo is located in Saguramo, in the village of Bitsmnedi, a 20-minute drive from Tbilisi. The territory covers one hectare of land with 24 houses and their privet yards. The location of houses is designed in such a way that façade faces green park, where there are green pedestrian paths protected from cars and emissions, intended for walking, sport activities and playing with children. The project is located in an ecologically clean area, which is constantly ventilated by the air currents of the Aragvi valley.
